As a trainer, I see the potential in every person. As I often tell my clients, our education was not focused on developing soft skills but on theories and how to apply them. Only when we embark on professional careers do we realize that we lack necessary skills such as active listening, showing empathy, being inclusive, and being culturally competent.
As a Coach:
As a coach, I work one-on-one with clients with personal and professional dilemmas. My philosophy is that everyone has the answers; my task is to support you in creating a road map to reach the best ones.
